What should I do if my residence area is open car-park or I'm working in a commercial building?

No worries, our call centre will allocate the nearest shelter car-park for your service. A ferry service will then be provided to and fro your residence / office. To and fro ferry duration estimated 10 minutes.
(Under company's safety policy, crew are not allowed to drive customer car on road less within car-park premises only)
